Univera Healthcare appoints Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Univera Healthcare appointed Megan Gomez, Esq. to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel.

She previously served as Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel. Gomez joined the company in 2007. 

Megan Gomez, Esq.

Gomez is a graduate of Mount St. Mary Academy, earned a B.A. from Binghamton University, and her J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law. She serves as Board Chair of Girls on the Run Buffalo, the local chapter of an international nonprofit organization that has served more than 2 million girls across North American by helping them recognize their potential and rise above limiting gender expectations, and on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York. In 2023 she was among 25 Western New York women honored as Women of Influence.  

Megan Gomez lives in Buffalo with her husband and three sons.
