How we use your premium dollars
As a mission-driven nonprofit health plan, we spent 92 cents of every premium dollar collected in 2025 on health care for you, our members. The remainder of every dollar is primarily spent on taxes and operating expenses. Over the last 20 years, we averaged a net margin of 1.5 percent.
