The Rochester-based health insurer that includes Univera Healthcare in Western New York has appointed Lori Florack to senior vice president of Human Capital Management. She most recently served as president of Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS), a subsidiary of the company, where she oversaw the strategic plan and executive leadership of the organization.
“Since joining our team in 2010, Lori has established strong relationships and focused on engaging our workforce,” said Jim Reed, health plan president and CEO. “During her time as president of LBS, she led a major business transformation that has been credited in part to her team’s laser focus on culture and people.”
As senior vice president of Human Capital Management, Florack is responsible for providing strategic leadership to advance the organization’s overall health and workforce through culture, talent management, total rewards, and inclusion practices.
Florack is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia and Baruch College, where she earned her master’s degree. She began her career at Andiamo Partners in New York, NY. She joined the Rochester-based health insurer that includes Univera Healthcare in 2010, serving as the leader of the Organizational Development department, Sales Training, and the director of Talent Management.
